Currently under development, we have a multi-purpose River Terminal with approximately one mile of River frontage on the Cumberland River. The Corp of Engineers has granted permitted approval for development and construction of a facility to handle various non-hazardous materials (such as grain, fertilizer, sand, steel, etc.)
This site enjoys an excellent location that is the closest point on the river to both Exit 11 of I-24 and the Clarksville Montgomery County Industrial Park at Exit 4.
With approximately 200 acres (all utilities are available) , sufficient land exists for warehouse and storage facilities as well as the barge terminals themselves. We have a preliminary site plan showing prospective layout and features.
At this stage of development, we are open to discussion with potential customers, tenants, etc. and we are anxious to work with any individual or company that recognizes the economy and viability of waterway transportation as compared to ‘over the road’.
